4. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the customer, as confirmed by delivery tracking information.
Please retain your purchase invoice or receipt, as it will be required for any warranty claims.
5. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
If you experience a problem with your product and wish to request warranty service:

SpainPlease note: Return shipping costs to our service center are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is confirmed to be defective and covered under warranty, SmartDevices.es will cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement item back to you.
6. Repair, Replacement, or Refund
Upon receiving your item, our technical team will inspect and test the product. Depending on the nature of the defect:

Repair: If possible, we will repair the defective product.

Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will replace the product with a new or refurbished item of equivalent or higher value.

Refund: In cases where repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a full or partial refund.
Important:
Repaired or replaced products continue to be covered under warranty only for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days after the date of repair/replacement, whichever is longer.

8. Customer Responsibilities

9. Limitation of Liability
SmartDevices.es shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, downtime, or lost data.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of Spain and the applicable laws of the European Union.
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.
