Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)

At SmartDevices.es, we respect your consumer rights and comply fully with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and Spain's Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring any costs, except for the direct cost of returning the goods.

1. Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

• The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically take possession of the goods.

• You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

• You must return the goods in appropriate packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and any free promotional items received with the product.

2. Cancellation Before Shipping

If your order has been paid but not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation at any time.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed promptly, without any penalties.

• Your order number

• A brief reason for the cancellation request (optional)

Important:
To prevent fraud and ensure transaction transparency, SmartDevices.es reserves the right to request proof of purchase, including payment confirmations or identification documents, if necessary.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase by a clear statement.
You can do so by:

• Filling out the withdrawal form below, or

• Contacting us via the Contact Us page.

You must send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

4. Return of Goods

Once the withdrawal is communicated:

• You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

• You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refund Policy

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods:

• If the product is returned in perfect condition, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price and the initial standard delivery costs (if applicable).

• We will refund you using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., headphones, earplugs, hygiene products)

• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
